Thorntons Property Care arranges domestic and commercial cleaning. Work is delivered using subcontracted cleaners, with the property requirements, price and availability agreed before a booking is confirmed. We do not promise an available cleaner simply because an area appears in our directory.
From enquiry to agreed booking
Tell us your location, service, property details and timing. We clarify the scope, provide the quote and confirm a suitable date. Keep the written scope and price so everyone has the same expectations.
After your first clean
Tell us if anything within the agreed scope needs discussing. If you have chosen fortnightly maintenance, confirm your next date and the recurring tasks. Future changes to the scope, timing or price should be agreed before the visit.
