What to include in your quote request
Send your postcode, bedroom and bathroom counts, preferred dates and a description of the current condition. Photos can help us understand the work. Flag heavy grease, limescale, pet hair and difficult access before the quote is agreed.
Agree the checklist, not just the name
Kitchen and bathroom surfaces, accessible dusting, vacuuming and floor cleaning can form part of the agreed work. Inside appliances, cupboards, windows, upholstery and carpet treatments must be discussed separately. A deep clean is not a promise that every item or specialist task is included.
Understanding cleaning time
We agree the estimated cleaning hours and total before booking. Your deep clean is £25 per hour and fortnightly maintenance is £20 per hour. If the condition differs from the description, any extra work or price change should be agreed before proceeding.
One visit or a regular routine
Book a standalone deep clean or use it as the initial visit before fortnightly maintenance. Regular upkeep has its own agreed tasks and price. It is not automatically another full deep clean every two weeks.

Yes. You can request a standalone deep clean without choosing a fortnightly package.
Is oven cleaning included?
Not automatically. Inside appliances and other extras need to be requested and included in the agreed scope.
Do you guarantee every stain will be removed?
No. Some marks, staining or surface damage may not be removable through cleaning. Mention specific concerns when requesting your quote.
What should I do before the visit?
Agree entry and parking, clear loose belongings where practical, and tell us about pets, delicate surfaces and any areas that should not be touched.
