Thorntons Property Care handles the enquiries you send through this form. For questions about your enquiry or the use of your information, contact thorntonsjetworks@gmail.com. This is our temporary enquiry and privacy contact, not a new general business email announcement.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, phone number, postcode, service, property size, preferred timing and any notes you choose to add. We use these details to respond, check service availability, prepare a quote and discuss a possible booking. Please do not send health information, payment details, keys or alarm codes.

Basis for using your details

Where you are asking about a service for yourself, this use is to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For enquiries on behalf of a business, our legitimate interest is responding to that business enquiry. The required privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read this information; it is not consent to marketing. Submitting the form does not make a booking.

Where your enquiry goes

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. An email notification goes to the temporary Gmail inbox above, provided by Google. Their services may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. See Netlify’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information for their processing and international-transfer information. This website form is not connected to a customer CRM.

Keeping information and your rights

Enquiry information can be held in the Netlify submission record and our enquiry email correspondence. A fixed deletion period is not currently specified. Contact us to ask what we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law also provides rights to access, restrict processing, object and receive a portable copy of your data. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Website requests

Loading this site sends technical request information to the hosting provider. The stylesheet also requests fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may keep technical logs; submitting the enquiry form is separate from those website requests.
