The first visit addresses the agreed buildup and establishes the starting point for regular upkeep. The following maintenance visits focus on keeping the agreed areas tidy and clean, rather than repeating every deep-clean task.
Agree your repeat cleaning priorities
Discuss the rooms and tasks that need attention at each visit. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces, accessible dusting, vacuuming and floors can be included in a maintenance scope. Extra tasks should be agreed rather than assumed.
Separate prices for separate work
Your initial deep clean and regular maintenance are quoted separately. Property size, condition and the task list affect the work required. Confirm the recurring price and what it covers before accepting the first repeat visit.
